This online course will explore Borderline Personality Disorder (“BPD”). The experience of being diagnosed with BPD will be discussed and the stigma and misconceptions surrounding BPD will be explored. Strategies and techniques will be shared. To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. Instructions will be sent on how to join in once you have completed your registration. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to manage during these challenging current events. You will need access to a phone and/or the internet to join this session.
